I've been living downtown for close to 4 years now. I've been spoiled with super price friendly outcalls due to many providers living downtown or close to me. The belief is that cops aren't allowed to send dick pics.

Please, no need for anyone to respond about the obvious error in this thought process. They could send any dick pic the find on the internet and it's not illegal for them to do it in pursuit of an investigation.

However there was one provider who wanted a dick pic while doing something specific (like giving the peace sign). Something to make it difficult to find online. That is effective because it's doubtful any cop would be willing to send an actual picture of his junk.
