It's called hypersexual disorder or sex addiction. Depending on how to define "success" you could say I've been succesful every time I've been. All of them have been 5/10 experiences. Why do I keep going back? I like the location. It's not seedy looking from the outside (or inside) and it could not possibly be better hidden. Last time I went (since they reopened) I went in and they had the side door open.
