It might make the difference in whether they are able to stay in our area. You could suggest that it's payment for future services, but, by giving it freely with no conditions, you might show you actually have a heart, which just might enhance your GFE next time. I've done it already and been met with tears of gratitude. I plan to do it again when the promised funds eventually get here.

Just consider it, and remember, these ladies will probably not qualify for either unemployment or the stimulus checks, but they still have bills to pay.
