I've had the same problem in both Chrome and Firefox. Opening the Developer Tools menu I found the attached ERR_BLOCKED_BY _CLIENT errors, which are fairly self explanatory and I'm betting you'll see the same if you check as well. In my case it was uBlock Origin doing the work, as soon as I disabled that everything loaded straight away.

Unless you're loving the workaround of specifying pages my suggestion is to disable extensions one by one until you see the problem fixed.

Give it time. It'll take a a month or two before the economic effects are felt. Especially with the massive UE benefits the Feds just signed into law. Usually we'll see an influx of new providers before prices really start dropping. Also, sucks to say it, but dudes will either lose their jobs or scale back on P4 P as the economy sours. At that point, then we'll really see a drop in prices. But I don't see that happening until later in 2020.
