I too ran into a similar situation regarding "full service". It was with a girl (oriental) on cleveland.backpage. Her ad sounded interesting and I called her a couple of times to confirm her story. I was on a call just about ready to set something up when I asked "what restrictions were there?" and she replied "NO SEX". It's best to be careful especially with these backpage girls. There are some legitimate ones on there but you have to find them. And their prices are getting higher and higher. The only drawback is the long drive to and from which is about an hour each way for me. Add in the time spent there and it's easily over three hours.
