Had an odd one recently.

Since the virus outbreak, I've been laying low, avoiding the ave, but have been texting one girl I see pretty often. She text me back from one of her friends phone. I responded to the friend, asking how she knows my girl and she tells me she in same line of work, the occupation we all enjoy here.

I ask her if we could set up in the future after all this blows over and she tells me no, my girl is her friend and she would never cross that line. WTF! What fucking line?? The friend won't budge, I tell her there is a very good chance we already know each other and if I picked her up off a random corner and offhand mentioned her friends name, would she get out?

Not like this unknown girl is the only SW in the sea, so I'm not sweating it, but it's like trying to get your girlfriends best friend to blow you.

Anyway, thought this was an odd one. Be safe out there, avoid the ave.

1) They bail each other out when one is empty. That insurance is worth more than your money or the risk her friend feels a certain way?

2) The new girl already owes the original girl.

3) They like to pretend relationships on the street between the girls follow the rules of the normal world?

Coming this week to hang low for a few days. What are some decent hotels near the K? I previously stayed at the Warwick downtown. Place was ok, but had a few issues. First, the place is pretty far away, about 20 min driving. Then, street parking was TERRIBLE. Meters throughout the whole area. Finally, I felt a bit odd walking through the lobby with girls obviously out of their place.

I saw a Days Inn Roosevelt Blvd ad online. How is this place? Any issues bringing guests? Also can you recommend some other spots, but nothing crappy where I need to look around my shoulder! At least a Days Inn, Holiday Inn etc. , or better. I will post as soon as I can!

The ones around the Convention Centre are OK, but parking will be awful daytime. Most have a 15 min dropoff zone that you can usually get 30 minutes from if it's quiet time for arrivals.

Days Inn Roosevelt is fairly close to the north end of the Ave, feels fairly shitty (even accounting for it being a Days Inn), and has signs up saying "absolutely no visitors", but they don't really blink when you bring a lady in. Girls seem to think it's miles away, but it's barely more than 5 minutes at night from Erie-Torresdale. Definitely closer than the Carlyle to Somerset.

There are some new AirBnB options around now too. Availability is probably through the roof in the current climate. I saw a few that looked thoroughly attractive for this purpose when I last looked, but I was trying for a busy weekend.

If it wasn't worth it enough for covid-19 I wouldn't have even bothered at all by what I saw last night.

I can surely co-sign this. Took a drive down after work around 8-9 pm and the AVE WAS DEAD. I'm talking tumble weeds and a page out of Revelations The End of Days. Corona Virus is sucking the remainder of life out of those parts my friends. It's almost eerie / spooky driving around those parts knowing what's going on in the world at this moment. The handful of girls I did see out tonight might as well just make the switch to cardboard signs bc it's embarrassing. Don't fret my friends, I'm sure there will be light at the end of these dark, dark times. Or will the darkness swallow us all?
