I think we haven't seen the full effect of the situation yet, with the economy not finding a way to get back up, I'm hoping this will eventually translate to lower rates across the board. Only time will tell.

If you are expecting the rates to drop, keep waiting that won't be happening soon.

Just my personal experience when I saw her about a year ago for 120 hh. Pretty face, body was decent. But just mechanical. Of course YMMV, but that's why I never repeated.
