We all know what we want before we arrive and we all have different standards. I, for one, want someone who looks like their picture (face and body), clean smell, who doesn't rush you to finish, and has a good demeanor. I have experienced a significant deterioration in service over the past 6 months. There is no response at all or response is very late. Have also experienced where I have been stood up a few times with bunch of different excuses. Possibly Sunny is no longer running a tight ship which is important for both our security and safety.
