They've told me I'm in a database or something labeled as a time waster. What that tells me is they have info of some kind stored out there belonging to specific phone numbers.

Yup 100% this. Just get a burner. It's a small price to pay for the ability to book with certain girls. Heck you could even goto the airport or similar and just buy another SIM for your phone if you don't want a SO to ask why you have multiple phones. I don't blame them, it's hard enough even if they had your I'd / background check to know that you aren't going to screw them over. It just takes that one bad apple to make it harder for everyone else. But I don't feel using a real # is too big a burden to book.
