I have had pretty good experiences (plural, I repeated and will do so again) with her. However, for any provider, even ones I know and like, I have over time decided to implement a hard time policy. I always get an agreed time and never wait more than 15 minutes from that time before I peace. I feel it's saved me a lot of waiting around like a dumbass for game playing junkies and flakes.
