Maybe don't have these kind of expectations when going to a massage envy? What massage envy is even open at this point? These ladies don't deserve that level of harassment.

Just my opinion but Massage Envy is the last place I'd go for anything other than a 100% legit massage. More generally, I'd tip based on what I got and indicate nicely it could be more next time if she is friendlier.

I think you will not have to worry about up sells right now. Just stick to the standard rate and stand firm!
