I agree 100%, I have said this many times. When we agree to pay the higher rates then they will charge the higher rates. It's really simple economics and the old staying "Work smarter not harder" . These providers think if they raise rates they won't have to work as hard or see as many clients. Problem is as long as the clients agree to pay the higher rates it won't change and probably get worse. Now once the clients realize this and stop agreeing to or seeing the providers they will re-think it and more then likely rates will come down but only after the providers start losing business because of the rate hike.
