If the bad English "no need money" doesn't give it away then the TGTBT aspect must. Toss in the odd area code and you have an ad looking for a phone scam or web scam or something. These ads run all the time. Ignore.

Hell; wives and girlfriends don't give it away. You're not going to find an ad on an escort website that some woman posted just to give it away. Any woman who wants to give it away does not need to advertise.

Every girl I've seen that advertises her breasts is either a fake ad or an old picture. I see this as across multiple STG pages. If you do get a connection it's likely a scam.
