Some premium Seeking accounts enable a feature that masks whether or not a profile is being viewed. So it's very possible that they viewed your page. But I agree that that particular user is a scammer.

No apology needed. I was curious because I may have genuinely missed something.

This is one of those situations which runs counter to normal logic. Less traffic in a room is probably worse in this situation because people (SB) then have incentive to clean less. A hotel room has a good chance of being cleaner as we know they change the sheets and the bathroom are also cleaned daily etc.

Gees, this entire situation is definitely one big cluster fuck.
