I can actually say this card does exist, some people in certain industries have been getting this Letter / Card that we are supposed to carry with us. I don't know why since I have no problem getting around, but I was given one. Maybe something is coming down the pipeline? I cannot vouch for any of the other information. But the card / letter does exist.

So if a cop stops you just say you're going for groceries whether it's for your grandfather or yourself. I don't think many or any will be stopped while driving by a cop.

In this and the two LA county fatality cases, they all had previous ailments which caused them to be of greater susceptibility to become infected and more prone to succumb to the effects afterward.
