These look to be safe. Here is the wording they have in the Nevada Health Advisory:
Listed as an "essential service".
"Essential stays in hotels, commercial lodging, dormitories, shelters, and homeless.
Encampments".
The Strip Hotels are listed under "non-essential" as gaming and hospitality.
