Just a thought but, if all 10 of the ACS calls you made involved the same motel, it's possible you were dealing with a single outfit (or a couple of connected outfits) running multiple ads and maybe using more than one handler to take calls or texts. There are so many ACS ads out there competing for the same $, it's just a matter of patience and perseverance to find those willing to negotiate.

I haven't visited one recently but in the past I've offered a lower price and told them I could come right away (within 20-30 minutes), which often worked during slow days and times. I'd also sometimes offer an amount for an non-standard amount of time, like 100 for 20 minutes, since that's about how long a hh appt actually lasts at an ACS. Then, if I was having a decent time with the girl, I'd offer her extra $ to extend. Since that extra was hers to keep for herself, she'd usually accept with no problem.

About motels, of course it depends on the place and the staff, but no one is traveling right now so my guess is that they're cherishing every $ that walks in the door and are more likely to look the other way than they would be if they were flush with business. Yes the DMV area is one of the wealthier areas in the nation but 150 K is not scraping by in any way shape or form. I'd say the bigger reason there's inflation in the business is due to a couple of factors.

-Closing BP took a lot of casual women out of the game. Supply dried up a bit but demand is still kind of constant. The hey dey of BP was just a little after the 09 recession and as the economy recovered casual providers got regular jobs.

-A lot of busts happened in the DC area so providers who would frequent / tour this area just skip it all together.

-DMV isn't really known as a region where sex sells tbh. Unlike ATL, NYC, Miami, LA etc that have well developed markets, DC is pretty conservative.

-The rise of e-P4 P. Chicks that would be providing in life are now selling vids, pics and custom videos. It allows them to get income without actually having to do the deed.

I think some men have also smartened up and have either gone overseas or are hunting harder for UTRs.
