I get the impression that this is turning into a politicians' pissing contest to see who can claim they were first to implement draconian measure x or y.

So it's OK to ride on a bus at 8 am coughing over the other passengers on their way to perform important work, but walking home at 11.05 pm is verboten?

Well not really a first time poster but I like my AMPs but they are slowly closing up. So I'm thinking about popping my streetwalker cheery. So the question is where to start.
