Few places, all of which are already well known.

1. The Shiatsus are currently the best ones and have been for a while since Sophias Spa disappeared.

2. Bella is probably the second best around.

3. VD Spa is still really nice and can be a close second but somethings missing.

4. Vivian, used to be the best bang for your buck for 30 min and safe. Not as talented as she once was though (imo).

5. Health and Foot Spa last time I went there it was newer owners, I believe they changed their name too. Used to get hh with a decent finish for 70 but new owners changed that, haven't been back since the first new owner trial.

I meant risk of getting fined or busted, not the risk of catching the virus, though I'm sure that would be high too, at least for a customer. The governor said she would fine certain businesses that remained open. Maybe that was just bars. If plazas are shut down but people are going in and out of massage parlors. Seems like an attention grabber to me. That's all.

Further, I wonder what the police will do to enforce the executive order.

In doing a little research (I was curious myself) Executive orders aren't necessarily enforced by the local coppers. I imagine they would come out make a report of a business being open in violation of the EO. It would then be sent to the appropriate agency. I'm sure they would close the place but unlikely to make arrests just because of manpower issues, unless you are an ass and argue the point. Bars would be turned in to LCC and restaurant violations would get sent to the health department. They may face a stiff fine or loss of liquor license for a time. I'm not sure an individual would catch much flak because an executive order is directed to the establishments. The police would handle any local law violations, such as solicitation or whatever else would fit. Its probably drama best left undisturbed.

Ultimately you are correct, the foot traffic would draw some unwanted attention if everything else in that plaza was closed.

Ferndale PD can easily monitor Saigon's alley entrance from their location less than a block away. Parking lot activity as well as patrons coming and going. That's one place I would steer clear of to avoid confronting LE on my way out.

Sorry I accidentally pressed upload on the other post.

Basically I told her I'll give her 70 as a tip for the HJ and she let me finger her too. She was supposed to come back with my change. The 10 from the 80 I gave her for the house fee. She never did. Once we're done I'm giving her 60 and she starts yelling at me and is about to cry saying that I still owe her 10 dollars. She claims that she came back with the ten and left it on the table with the oils and shit even though I know for a fact she didn't. She's literally panicking and heavy breathing about how unfair this is for her like WTF. Then she goes to mama san making a huge deal as I'm escorted out the building.

Not that it is a huge deal, but language is sometimes an issue. A lot of operations have increased to. 8 for an hour. Is it possible that she assumed you knew the new rate or she didn't tell you?

So based on the governors executive order, it seems that spas are required to close for a period of time. I guess you could argue its medicinal (lol). I suspect many will stay open and disregard it. Since no one else is really around, all activity in and out will be highlighted. I went somewhere over the weekend but I think that will be my last time for a while. Chinese Massage was a lot of fun, though. Any one have an idea of which ones have temporarily closed. Seems like they will put themselves at higher risk if they try to stay open.
