Appreciate the prompt response and the advice.

I need to carefully plan the expenses and cook the books to prevent he wifey from figuring out where the money is going. I can use the stock market as an excuse. Will have to come up with more creative ways. Suggestions are welcome.

I sure can pick the time. Don't I? Sheesh! Talk about my timing. I cannot step out of the house for the next 4 weeks at the least.

Yeah, I've seen a little bit of both. Two SBs told me they're lying low for the time being while another wishes to meet ASAP. I told that one that I'm also staying put for now, which is probably not what she wants to hear. Hopefully, I don't lose that one as she's easily my ATF, hands down.

Bottom line: I get that prices might drop and that we all have those moments where we think with our little head. Hell, I'm guilty of this over the years too.
