A lot of fake ads that violate one of those other guidelines seem to have "unhappy", "divorced", "housewife", "homeless" and "ride to work" in their titles. And not a rule, but after looking at a lot of ads, you get a sense of how real people use emojis in their ads and how fake ads use emojis.
