Apologies for taking the original post on a tangent but the attachment hit on something that's been confusing me. My experience in matters addressed in this forum were garnered while pursuing the painted ladies of the Pacific Northwest Painted. In that part of the country nobody asked anybody if there LE because there was no penalty if LE did not tell the truth. Is it different here in Georgia?
