So work had me in the Downriver area today so I finally got the chance to try out Downriver Nuru. Very similar to most the reviews. Safe quiet neighborhood. I was bored so I ignored the fake pics and was skeptical of the #906 area code but it is a Michigan area code so I texted her and got a price of $200 hr. Outcall. Then I asked her to take a selfie in the mirror holding up 1 finger to make sure she is legit; then crickets. (I figure if they won't send a picture then something is up). I understand people are leary of showing their pictures for personal discretion but she's trying to sell a product. So at least a real picture even without a head shot would suffice. I won't see someone if they won't send a legitimate picture unless there are reviews already on them, it's not worth it to me. Maybe I'm paranoid but there is no way to know who is posting these ads! This happened with 2 providers.

Speaking to some of the girls throughout the last couple years, reasons differ as to why they use fake pics.

1) They do not want their pic in public for fear of LE and / or family members, but will usually send "one" non-sexual or minus the head shot verification to a potential client.

2) It's an enticement method to lure a potential client and when they arrive, a different girl will use an excuse that my friend in the photo isn't here (for a reason they think of such as overbooking) and would you mind seeing me instead. In other words, the girl probably isn't as hot and it's a way to get more customers. Most guys usually don't leave and will settle because they are already there. They bet on that.

3) It's an attempt to rob a customer.

4) It's a sting, especially if the pics don't contain nudes.
