If you've seen any escorts in the past, you can check with TLC and see if they are ok as references. If you have seen any escorts who have reviews on other sites and a web presence, they would be good candidates to use as references. I usually check with whomever I'm asking to be a reference and give them a heads up, but that's just me.

TLC is asking for references and social media. I really want to get into the game with Porn stars and not have to go through low end suppliers. Someone here said that I would have to go with better known escorts first, but I don't know any. Need input from the experts here on who or what agency to get in with so I can get my foot in the door.
I also read that people don't want to give personal info, which I do agree is better, however, how would you get around the screenings?

Does anyone know what booking them for a month actually means? Do they stay at your place for the entire month and you can just fuck them anytime you want? Seems kinda weird.

I sent an email asking about her donation request, but she only responded with a general screening response. I don't know why some providers won't disclose rates until after screening, I don't want to tick someone's assistant off (after just giving them all of my personal information which could ruin my life if it got out) by saying they're out of my price range. You never know with porn stars, sometimes they're $1000, some girls are upwards of $2000, it makes a big difference. If I knew I was communicating directly with the girl that'd be one thing, but you have no idea who these assistants are, especially with someone who is new to the industry.
It's their business so if their policy is they don't disclose rates until after screening, they are of course entitled to do that. I wish they wouldn't though.
