Spring and summer are around the corner. The trees and flowers start to bloom, the weather gets warmer, and the SW's come out of hibernation. You'll see.

North Avenue was gold. We've discussed it a million times, I know. They were out from Halsted all the way to Austin. Then you only had a couple mile stretch of dryland before the stroll opened up again in Melrose Park. Heck even a detour over to Lake St in Melrose Park or St Charles in Maywood. Oh man Maywood, those were the days. 5th or Madison, take your pic, it was BSW galore. 4 out of 5 girls out there could suck a watermelon through a straw.

Lincoln Avenue or Milwaukee Ave were big hits for me to. Lincoln was good from Devon to Western. Milwaukee was prime between Belmont to Western. Especially around that Belmont area.

More recently, North Avenue would be popping between Western and Pulaski. The girls had already dried up around North & Damen and really started moving westward. You could easily see girls all day around North and Avers or North and Harding, hasn't been the case lately. I noticed a lot of the action has moved a couple blocks over to the Pulaski stroll or as you really ole timers would call it, the Crawford Stroll.

Madison used to be jumping from Western all the way to Central. What happened to Madison and Western is what happened to North and Damen, hipsters and Yuppies.

Even more recently I was pleasantly surprised to see Roger's Park sprawling with girls on a warm night a few weeks ago. Made me realize they're out there still and I'm just not putting in the same amount of work as I used to.

Forgive an old man and long time monger for rambling a bit. First, a report, I did North Cic, South Cic, 5th, and 47th tonight. Nada. Zilch. I know it was a little cold tonight, but nothing like a week ago. It's the end of the month. Don't the girls need funds?

I want to reminisce a bit. I have been out there some forty years. I think about the routes that have shut down completely or are greatly reduced. What happened to the girls? Did they become brain surgeons or go to barber school? I know some went to the Internet. I have used escorts twice in my life, Neither time was worth it. Neither girl was any better than street girls and I wasted a lot more money.

One more rambling thought. I know the coronavirus is not yet widespread in the US. There have only been a couple of recorded cases in Illinois. Still, if you get a girl in your car with the sniffles, I'd think twice about letting her stay with you or get close. Who knows? And street girls are not well known for their safety and hygiene habits. Stay safe, fellow mongers!

I haven't heard really much more than an ok thing about any walkers in chicagoland in general in my whole tenure on this forum. I watch vids on websites sometimes and you see people make a lot of videos but then I look anywhere near chicago, milwaukee, or indiana and its either dead or dangerous. I give up.

There used to be a decent stroll in Evanston when I was living there 2003-2007. Up and down Dodge, it was really concentrated around Dodge and Emerson to dodge and Dempster. I gave up driving to Roger's and would hit Dodge St instead because it seemed safer and more productive. Them 20 something bsws gave the best head I swear.

Since I left the area I've took a few long drives back over there on a whim but never scored. I'm wondering if its completely dead and too gentrified over there now or if it's just cooled off a bit.

I drive on Dodge daily, various times of day and night. Haven't seen any SW in years.

It was more to make reference to the whole northwest suburbs area. When it comes to the burbs, safest bet is making an appointment instead of hitting the road. I've seen reports from Melrose Park and Skokie, and also in Lansing near the Indiana border. Just wanted to make sure I've not been missing something.

Its more miss then hit but these are the places that you might find a SW that's not chicago:

Waukegan.

Franklin Park / Stone Park.

Elgin.

Rockford.

I think Skokie and Evanston used to be place but not really anymore.

Some places in the south subrubs and indiana.

Waukegan is slim pickings, Elgin used to be good but no one is out there anymore, Franklin Park / Stone Park is a favorite bust site for Cook County, Rockford is dangerous-lots of thugs, thieves, and LEO.

Unless your making an appointment then the suburbs aint really worth it.

Streetwalkers in Schaumburg? Yeah um not going to find that. Lived there 20 years and never saw one. Lombard or Elgin not very likely either although I guess it's possible ypu may find a provider here or there on the riverboat in Elgin. Out of the three places you mention by far the riverboat will be your best chance but I would not expect much there either. It surely would not be a sure thing.
