Starmoon has always been reportedly a YMMV place. Because Traditional Massage & Vital Massage (which are owned by the same people) just rotated in new providers that are quite attractive, but are just giving legit massages (at least for now; that might change after they get settled in), I went to Starmoon for the first time about a week and a half ago and I left happy with no suggestion of any DIY nonsense.
