That is my understanding based on some other posts and my experience. Always used to wonder why I always found Yuyu available and never found Kaye there when I went. First time I met her she introduced herself as Yuyu Don't know the reason for the two names.

During my visit with Anna, there was no paper towel cloth over the face hole. But she noticed me with my hands over it and my chin resting on them. She then got one and put it down for me. So they do have them available. Going forward will tell her to put it out if not there already.
