This is definitely something to be aware of and and be cautious regarding but guys based on some of the reports and PM's I've gotten in the last few months there are some virus' and other medical things that are a more immediate concern health wise for us especially if you frequent 3rd Street. I also had an extended pre-appt experience. Started out at the arrival location which was ambiguous. (it was either behind a chiropractor or at the gas station across the street.) finally she called & said that she had to take her sister somewhere. I chose to wait. There's certainly a wealth of info here if you take the time and effort to truly digest it, but damn why'all crack me up sometimes. Over the years I have gained a lot of intel from this forum, and have made an honest effort to give back in kind, but I also don't take myself too seriously. I'm certainly not some maestro, but I do have something of a knack for good finds. As a general rule, I stay away from well tread areas like EB, STG, etc. Never seen much appeal there. So what about some of these UTR? What exactly is UTR anyway? I suppose everything is relative. Just because a provider is known to some people doesn't necessarily mean they aren't largely unknown. Most of these girl have never ran a business they don't understand about repeat customers. With that you have to do the same job as good if not better time and time again to keep that customer. For what even reason they got you as a customer to come through that door to try their skills are product which is one of the first and hardest things to do. there's a saying in business that everybody get that same customer but it how you treat that customer determines how long and how much you will make from them. some girls get that most don't it the same in what ever your doing.

I normally would; d be inclined to say that even with no business experience common sense should dictate what you need to do. However I find common sense sorely lacking today especially in the age group most of these ladies are in.
