Starmoon has always been reportedly a YMMV place. I had a similar experience after not going there for several months. When I had gone before the handshake was part of the deal and the attendants were always accommodating and flirtatious. Good massage this last time but that was all. Not even a DIY suggestion that I would have turned down anyway. Wonder if it's because I was with a someone who had not seen me before, my buzz cut (never a hindrance elsewhere) or if they have changed how they operate looking to avoid heat.
