They are very serious about it, because they don't want their city to look like shit for the tourists.

I wouldn't stay on Boulder unless you only plan on seeing someone in the daytime. It's extremely dry at night. If you have a car than that area is OK BUT at night, the action is on Trop and getting a SW to leave Trop and come to your room on Boulder is going to be difficult. If you don't mind the sketchy then the hotel for you is Wild Wild West on Trop, always SW's in and out of there and you are right in the middle of all of the SW action, there you won't need a care. However it's very, very sketchy.

Major construction going on between Charleston and Sahara on BH. Just took me 20 minutes to get from Lowe's to Sahara at 10:15 a. M! Saw a couple of BSW's out there, looked kind of interesting from afar but there is no way I was turning around to spend another 20 minutes going back!
