So I'm throwing a kickback party at my place a week from now. 6 females have committed to attending and a coworker has 3 females that he will bring with him. When I first got in to the bowl maybe 5 years ago I paid 2 girls for M&G and never saw either of them after. I do pay for the coffee or lunch or whatever but I don't pay the SB for them anymore. When asked I tell the girl that to me, the M&G is like an interview and that if they were to be offered an interview for a job and they asked for a paycheck 1st they wouldn't get the interview. The good is that there are tons of SBs now so its easy to just move on when you come across a girl who wants $ for the M&G or just wants to send pics. The bad is that there are guys out there who do those things so some girls think it is the norm.

That depends. Many SBs who are not in semi-pro mode yet will like to talk first. Many of them are not even comfortable / pretending to be comfortable talking about details of FC over text. So it's not a bad ask, so long as you are not paying for M&G. A coffee or a lunch usually does the trick, and many times FC right after that. It's understandable if they are concerned about meeting a freak. It goes both ways, you also want to make sure you are not meeting someone in 40's even if they told you they were in their 20's.
