Yeah, this post kind of makes it obvious for those that read the forum pretty regularly. So now that that is out of the way I'll say this, I agree with both sides. I get not wanting to out a provider who has generally good reviews, but I also agree that keeping information on a provider who probably had no intention of making it right without encouragement from another monger is valuable information as well.
