Reading these posts scared me shitless last week Friday. Needless to say, relieved that it was nothing worse.

Aruba and St Nicolas have gone downhill in my book. Girls were very low end. They are trying to clean the area up a bit. Make it more touristy. Not sure if this means they will clean out the girls. Fortunately it is at the other end of a very small island from the main tourist drag (think Miami like these days).

There are better options on the island if you have a car -- there is tucked away not far from the tourist end a little hotel with room by the hour $20. There are a couple of agencies on the island with MUCH nicer girls that will meet you there with the girls. Or I think can pick you up outside your hotel and take you there. Probably off topic for this forum but I stayed at the Grand Bavaro Princess resort. This is the safe part of the DR. Walk off the property and every woman on the street is for sale. There is also a nice small motel 2 blocks away tucked in the back which is actually a brothel. The girls are clean young and pretty. 150 flat rate for two pops and the rooms are nice. Walk on the beach past all the nice resorts and you will see a bunch of people with little dumpy shops selling t-shirts etc. Just ask any girl you see for a massage (they never say sex but massage means sex).
