None of the above make the $150 and more per hour and more that a provider makes. Add to that my personal experience and it has been rare for a good number of years that I would have to use a cover. Just saying.

Good information, I have been pissing money away with tips that are totally disregarded. I doubt they will ever list "gratuity included" for punters like me. In some countries tipping is even an insult, but in places like Thailand everybody has their hand out. I really thought 15 to 20 percent was standard here so thanks for straightening me out! Are you talking about the price hike? The price difference right now we talking about is 50 to 100 dollars good sir. Not a measly plus or minus 20. LOL.
