So I went through W / W yesterday around lunchtime. It was a nice day out so I figured there might be some out. I did not see any at all. LE presence was definitely heavy. I thought I was going to get lucky as I have always found at least one but board is definitely right that its dry out there.

The warm weather has them out. The ladies are out tonight on Wilkens. Just drove past Allison, Nikki and Tomboy Crystal. Plus 3 more whose names I didn't know.

In MP, little Amber was by the DD and another pair by the firehouse.

Haven't been up there since back in early fall and going to be back start of next week to cruise some of the strolls on and off for a few weeks so curious if anyone knows when Baltimore LE start / do there shift changes? Do they do 12 hr shifts like from 6-6 and 7-7 the way many other large cities do?

Beautiful day out! Weather is great. Hoping that brings them out today. Made the first run down Conkling Street around 11 AM. And it was empty. Making a couple passes on Dundalk Avenue now. I will update. Let me know if you see anything out there.
