Are you sure you're talking about Sirens, or just in general? Sirens is a corporation. If they're LE, it's a pretty expensive and elaborate way to get a few arrests. I don't think states are putting thousands of dollars a month into running businesses. It's cheaper for a female LE to put up an escort ad, get a hotel room and wait for the Johns to come. Customers are being satisfied everyday by Sirens' girls, so they're obviously not LE.
