They only do anonymous HIV screening. For the other ones you have to provide your name and address. If you are in their system they will bill your insurance. I don't recall them asking for any verification of your name and address so I guess you can be pretty much anyone you would like to be. You are charged on a sliding scale, so the cost is anywhere from free to a couple hundred and they do take cash. You access your results online. So I guess you could remain fairly anonymous if you want. It is a walk in style, you can't make an appointment. I get tested fairly regularly there just to be safe and I don't think I have ever waited more than 15 or 20 minutes.

Yes. I've used stdcheck twice. You pay and get an appointment, you show your paperwork and no I'd required. Results are pretty fast and accurate. I tested twice after my BBFS and the results from stdcheck.com were the same as my independent results I did with my provider. Only problem is that if you do test positive, stdcheck is quite useless with how to deal with it. So I'd say just use it if you're like scared as hell and you're certain to have contracted something. Otherwise just get an appointment with your provider. The page is also nice in which you can anonymously warn whoever person infected you. Cheers.

Yes. Super easy to setup and annoymous. I purchased a prepaid Visa, with cash, from a public computer. Had a burner phone (purchased with cash), and made a fake gmail account, name, and date of birth. Be sure that you know the fake name and birthdate by memory, because they will ask for them both, right before they draw your blood.

When you first walk in, if the receptionist directs you to the machine to scan your I'd for check in, just say that you don't have a driver's license, or other I'd.

Beware that the Trich test is an add-on, and they don't allow you to select it until you have paid for the other tests. I want to say it is an additional 50 or 100, so be sure you have enough on your gift card to pay that.

I have never tried it with bitcoin.

It isn't cheap, but.
