Will it do any good? Probably not but the point will be made.

I'm pretty sure that a hotel room is the same as a residence, and as such LEO would need to have a Search Warrant to enter. Thats not to say that they may not visit you for questioning, but you should be able to keep them from crossing the threshold of your domain.
