I know this may sound a bit extreme, but this was a hint someone posted on this board once, but I bring my own Twin size sheet in a backpack. It helps keep the smoke off you, plus you know hotels rarely change the comforter. You can't believe how smokey the sheet is afterwards. This is my first post so please bear with me if this isn't a great report. I was fortunate to meet her while she has been in town.
