Took a stroll through ink-town down the ave. Saw one WSW, blonde, decent face, looked pretty thin. Did a little recon, as I was coming up a side street, there was a grayish jeep with a official business sticker on the door driving around. I took off and came back about 20 minutes later. Saw the same jeep parked in the veterinarian parking lot facing the ave.

Not sure if it's some self appointed neighborhood wannabe security or what.

She's been reported on before described as eastern European looking. She looks a lot younger from a distance but still decent looking up close but a bit aged.
