I mostly just get head and got some bullshit several times (luckily treatable but still embarrassing and painful). I even rinse it off with vodka most of the time afterwards and STILL have gotten shit just from bjs. Probably off topic for this forum but I stayed at the Grand Bavaro Princess resort. This is the safe part of the DR. Walk off the property and every woman on the street is for sale. There is also a nice small motel 2 blocks away tucked in the back which is actually a brothel. The girls are clean young and pretty. 150 flat rate for two pops and the rooms are nice.
