Very shitty to threaten to out someone by name, even if it isn't allowed on this site, on some petty disagreement. Particularly when the person doing the outing is hiding behind a pseudonym.

You hide behind a pseudonym also calling me out, so don't get too high on your horse. As admin stated, I wasn't going to post it. My thing was I was going to post the text thread that happened to have her real name, which at this point, she's already shared, but even w / that it doesn't make a difference because what's SHITTY is coming on these boards and having white knights and providers come on here and accuse me of lying when I have NO reason to do so. Think about it. If I had it out for LIG, why the fuck would I still say she's a hot girl, and the date itself was good? I WOULDN'T. This isn't a matter of agreeing to disagree. What I posted HAPPENED. I post to help all you fuckers out but it reached a point where once a girl becomes 'known' on here, she becomes untouchable because of people like yourself who want to come and 'save' them or something. Even if I posted the text thread, the only thing that would prove, and not even that because they are easy enough forged, is what she quoted me for a hhr. Now I don't know about you guys, but if I get quoted a half hour by a provider I damn well expect it to include FS. If NOT, that's something I would want any monger on here to share, AND I DID. Now, you all have 2 choices. Listen and learn from my experience or ignore it. Now given, I don't think LIG has actually denied what happened to me, she's talked in generalities and said she can't please everyone, etc. I'm going to say it again, she's a hot lady, she's a good date, but someone asks me for more then was agreed upon after the date and I say that's bad form and it DID happen. LIG, as far as your LEO question. You are correct and wake up call to everyone. You're never REALLY safe, regardless of what you do. Surprise to everyone, but LEO can lie and it's your word against theirs. Yes, in MI it either is or was until recently legal to fuck a provider and still arrest them. However, on the same note, you think most LEO that are married want to come into a courtroom and have their spouse hear how they fucked a prostitute in order to get an arrest? Always be cautious regardless of the situation and regardless of whatever LEO check you do.

Except for me I guess. What you're saying about not changing is simply not true. I have the entire text thread I've exchanged with you and checked it again. No mention of the hr for FS requirement. Hell I've seen no mention of it here except for me. 'I' feel an hr requirement for FS is something everyone on here should know. Regardless, you told me of the requirement after we did the deed and had already agreed to amt beforehand, so I'll say it again, I had no problem with the actual service, good girl, good time, but do an LE check and then make sure things are clear before you start.

And I don't care how many good reviews someone has, we use the reviews on here as a guide, not as an absolute. I've had not so good times with people with great reviews and fantastic times with people with bad reviews. Everyone is different and everyone handles situations differently. A less seasoned monger may have given you your hr donation with that kind of crap and I don't think that kind of thing is right, which is why I posted in the first place as a reminder. My name is not a secret. I have been referred to by both monikers in this forum & it's never been an issue. We will just have to agree to disagree. I have decided to return to my quiet life & am no longer meeting people. I don't like the way people conduct themselves (and I don't mean you guys. I originally got into that lifestyle to help other girls and try to make things safer for all participants) and I don't want the stress.

There is one thing I would like to address, though. It does not belong in the "Stupid Shit" section, or I would put it there. When you said something about doing an "LE check" I was wondering what you consider a satisfactory way to determine whether the individual on the receiving end of your messages can cause legal problems nobody needs. Because there isn't one. That's why I didn't rely on any of the myths out there to stay out of trouble. I just didn't do anything illegal. That's why I didn't "promise, imply, or discuss the exchange of any lewd activity for compensation." Period.

Until very recently, (the November before last, I believe) undercover officers were legally allowed to go as far as having full on vaginal / penile penetrative intercourse with a suspected provider to prove their case. Michigan was the last straw to finally stop allowing LE to perform sexual activity while on duty. However, they can still go much farther than most people are aware of in undercover investigations.

They do not have to admit their profession when asked, they can legally grab a boob, expose their own genitalia, bring alcohol, send obscene images, and pretty much do whatever they want in the course of an investigation. Can you imagine if an undercover officer was nearing the end of a years long drug & gang undercover operation & out of the blue, one of the suspects asked if he was a member of LE? Is he just going to day, "Oh, damn. Ya got me!" No. Sorry to make this so long, but I think it's important that people understand the laws regarding prostitution and solicitation. Don't take someone's word for it. The only way to stay out of trouble is to stay legal. There are ways to enjoy yourself and keep your hobby without breaking the law.
