Right before we went to BJ, she asked what tip I had. I was caught off guard as I didn't really think about tip. She asked for $100. We settled on $80. Your question is a little open ended, and a little more info on what you're looking for would help. What area of the city are you staying in, and do you want to drive or walk / uber there? What service level are you hoping to get? Are you looking for asian, euro, african american, latina? And, what price point are you wanting to pay? There's lots of options and Chicago is a large city so it's kind of hard to answer right now.

There are no rules that apply in all situations. I've seen a few ladies at CLM and I think the door fee just gives you a HJ. Usually they ask what you would like and for 100 to 150 more I always got CFS. The tip should be agreed upon (negotiated) before things get going, but if possible, paid after. CLM is not likely to rip you off but with an independent, you never know. For a BBBJCIM, I've been quoted $50 (by some NG) to $100, but should not be more.
