I don't know anything about Ebony. She's been mostly independent a long time. Ebony was never arrested at the shop. But it's understandable she would be scared. Also, from what I know, while she was comfortable with Tiffany, I'm fairly certain she was uncomfortable with some of the other girls.

In my experiences, Jazz has always been good to me. She may have a few safety rules but at least I know she's not going to give me something I don't want. Had a dream with her recently in her Southfield location by NorthWestern Highway.

Easy appointment made via text, was given address right away.
Seemed like a safe place and she opened the door for me in the lobby that was empty. Could take the side entrances next time. All entrance doors were locked not sure why.

I have gotten way more at two of the spas you list. Special circumstances for sure. The fuglies have to give a bit more if they want to be accepted. Dreamt I went to VD (eeew!) Spa, requested Annie, and also got Handshake and OTC only, last Sunday. She also asked me not to call and ask for her specifically, B / c the other girls get pissed and will run her off. She says they will all do the same rub and tug, so please just take whatever girl greets you. I've only been there once, after one of you horn dogs wrote Annie up as better than Tiff a week or so ago. Two things; One: if you think that Annie is anywhere NEAR as good as Tiff, you need a new optometrist, and B: one of you guys clearly told her about the forum, cause she asked me where I heard about her from, and if it was on the "internet". His I'd says troll but I've checked out his posted reports and so far have found them to be reliable. I don't agree with his opinion of Tiffany though because I think she's great. His definition of beautiful is good but I prefer a little less meat on the bones. I agree with your comments of YMMV results of someone going rogue before leaving but those results are from places not around anymore. I wouldn't want more from a fugly so I don't know results on that. Finding out who the owner is for getting more results has been nonexistent in my case.

YMMV is absolutely true regardless what the self proclaimed AMP expert (aka troll) says. It's hit or miss but it does happen. It primarily depends on the girl AND the guy.
