I have never seen this provider, but this is a classic marketing ploy used by many to get you to commit so you think you are getting a deal. Quote high and then give you the real rate as a special so you think you are getting a discount. If you become a regular that then becomes the donation ongoing. If you are savy you can usually knock it down a bit lower if you become a regular.

Yes her. The only way I can get ahold of her is if I use an old burner phone which she will respond to. If I use a text app it's always ghosts.
