I honestly don't think it's legit. She never responds to her social media posts even after asking questions. Membership on her site for videos is limited and not fulfilled. There are a lot of red flags aside from the payment up front which in this world you know is a no go.

They were very professional with me and they are typical of most P.S. Bookers such as TLC. They require a deposit for the booking which represents their fees and they require a lot of personal information for their vetting process which is fine for me since I'm single and own my own business. If I was married in a relationship or was an employee, I would be hesitant to divulge the info requested but I was any of above, I probably wouldn't partake in any extracurriculars to begin with.
