These girls don't even know the passwords to their HX accounts, don't know what the rating network's function is, so how could they refuse to rate you back? If you ask them during the session trick questions, it won't take long to realize they have no control over their accounts or what kind of menu and things were being sent by their daddies on their behalf.

More like a sack of potatoes right now. Sometimes you get the skinny potatoes but the rest are pear shaped, round and very round like many of the girls right now. LOL.

I'd say the average response time is about a day it takes them to respond to the initial message, so it's not an instant thing. You can also look through my post history I've left pretty good reviews on the girls I've seen in LA with links. None of them have a difficult screening process.
