I have met several SBs for car dates. I stay away from the lots in center city within 6 blocks either direction of city hall. I have used several indoor parking garages near Temple and also near Drexel. If you can keep it to under an hour, the rate is usually under 10 bucks, at least last year it was. The indoor lots provide darkness for the most part and usually the upper levels are not full on nice days. You can pm me for the specific lots I have used.

I hate the city and try to avoid driving anywhere near Philly but lets say I want to meet a girl at one of those hotels around City Hall. Would it be a good idea to park somewhere on Broad and just walk the mile or so? Is this even possible? I'm thinking just park in a shopping center lot or a McDonalds or whatever.
