I'm wondering about what LE can do if they find your information, I would say probably nothing because there is not an evidence of anything. You might have left your number but never engaged in any illegal activity.

The issue is if you sent explicit text and / or email, because this is recorded and stored. On the other hand, phone conversations, to my knowledge, are not recorded by your carrier.

I actually know one of the people who was arrested and it's not over for him yet. I think you would be surprised how slowly this type case moves through the judicial system.
