Lucy wanted 300 and could not host, but was willing to meet in a hotel (if I pay, of course!) when I contacted her off-site several months ago. I would say in general that seeking is fun but even if you're paying, it is work. There are a ton of fakes and sometimes it is hard wading through all the BS. Eventually, you just have to say "this is what I'm paying, if you're interested let's meet" and set the time and place.
